Dallas Investment Summit:
The Dallas Investment Summit is the first youth-focused investment competition in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex hosted at Parish Episcopal School. High schoolers from anywhere in the world can register to compete in our Stock Pitch Competition and our Case Study Competition for prizes of up to $500 for the Stock Pitch Competition First Prize. Don't worry about being bored during the summit. Downtime is put towards interactive simulations that teach financial concepts with our judges!
Stock Pitch Competition:
In the Stock Pitch Competition, high school students present a detailed analysis of a stock of their choice. The competition is judged by industry professionals. Participants will prepare their reports and presentations in advance, including a slide deck for their presentation. Students can choose to compete individually or in pairs. The competition is based on the quality of their analysis. Each student on each of the top three teams will receive cash prizes: $500 for first place, $250 for second place, and $125 for third place. Case Study Competition:
Unlike the Stock Pitch Competition, the Case Study Competition doesn’t require preparation before the summit. Competitors are introduced to a case study of a merger and acquisition problem with various choices and their randomly selected teams on the first day of the summit and have one day to prepare their presentation for presentation on the next day to panels of industry professionals.
